1. Important note about availability and checkout
Adding a Product to your cart does not reserve it. A Product is reserved only once your order is placed and payment is successfully authorised.
If a payment is not successfully completed or authorised, the order will not be dispatched.
2. Where we deliver
We deliver to customers in the United Kingdom, European Union and the European Economic Area (EEA).
If your address is in a remote area or a location subject to carrier restrictions, delivery options and times may vary.
3. Order processing and dispatch timeline
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Typical processing time is 1–2 business days after payment authorisation.
Please note:
- Not all Products are held in a single location at all times.
- Certain Products may be sourced from authorised UK/EU distribution channels, which may extend processing time.
If we cannot dispatch within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, we will inform you by email.
4. Estimated delivery time

How we pack
We use protective packaging materials appropriate for high-value electronics (protective cartons, internal cushioning, impact protection).
What to do if your parcel looks damaged
If your parcel appears damaged on delivery:
- accept the parcel (where possible) and request the carrier to note visible damage,
- take photos of the parcel and internal packaging,
- contact us immediately at info@techsaero.com with the photos and your order number.
This procedure helps resolve claims faster with carriers and reduces disputes for both sides.
7. Batteries and shipping restrictions (hazardous goods)
Some drone batteries are lithium-ion batteries and may be treated as dangerous goods by carriers.
This may affect:
- available delivery methods,
- dispatch timing,
- air transport availability.
If a restriction applies to your destination, we will contact you with available options.
8. Signature upon delivery (high-value orders)
For high-value orders, we may require:
- signature upon delivery,
- delivery to the billing address or verified address,
- additional verification prior to dispatch.
This is a security measure to protect customers and reduce fraud/chargeback risk.
9. Incorrect address / failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the carrier is unable to deliver after reasonable attempts, additional shipping costs may apply for re-dispatch.
10. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
We accept:
- debit/credit cards,
- Apple Pay,
- Google Pay.
VAT Information
Aurelius Capital Limited is a newly incorporated company and currently operates below the UK VAT registration threshold. VAT registration will be obtained once the applicable turnover threshold is reached in accordance with UK tax regulations.
Prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable under UK and EU consumer regulations.
We do not accept:
- cash on delivery,
- bank transfer/manual payment,
- “buy now pay later” (unless explicitly introduced and displayed at checkout in the future).
Payment authentication may include 3D Secure and fraud monitoring. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if verification fails.
11. When you are charged
Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed (payment authorisation/capture depending on payment method and risk checks).
If payment is not successfully authorised, the order is not confirmed.
